Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
Create eye-catching, brand-aligned designs for outdoor advertising (unipoles, billboards, kiosks), print materials, and digital campaigns.
Conceptualization:
Understand campaign briefs and convert ideas into visually effective creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Brand Understanding:
Work closely with the marketing and client servicing teams to ensure brand consistency across all creatives.Customize artwork as per client guidelines and manage iterations as per feedback.Prepare final artwork for print and digital delivery; ensure high-quality output with proper formats, color settings, and resolutions.Liaise with print vendors and fabricators to ensure artwork compatibility and production quality.Provide design inputs for on-ground media installations, mock-ups, and visual representations of site branding.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any stream. Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or design studio (outdoor media experience preferred)
Design Tools Expertise:
Proficient in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW
Working knowledge of
Canva
,
Figma
, or similar tools is a plus
Creative Skills:
Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to visualize large-format designs for outdoor visibility
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
