As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that align with our marketing campaigns. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams including the US team, and ensure timely delivery of tasks during night shift hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (2-3+ years preferred). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Experience with campaign management and understanding marketing workflows. Strong task management and time management skills. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with US teams across time zones. Ability to manage and motivate a small design team. Detail-oriented, creative thinker, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work night shifts in Mohali.

Pay: ₹12,922.40 - ₹19,789.33 per month
