Roles & Responsibilities:

Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) Create graphics for website banners, advertisements, and blog content Design print-ready material like flyers, posters, and salon kits Work closely with content writers and marketers to bring ideas to life visually Edit and enhance images as required for campaigns Maintain consistency with brand style, colors, and fonts in all designs Stay updated with design trends, especially in the beauty and fashion space

Requirements:

Proficiency in basic design tools like

Canva

Adobe Photoshop

Illustrator

, or

Figma

Good sense of color combination, layout, and typography Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly Time management and attention to detail Strong passion for beauty and creative visuals A portfolio (even small or academic) is mandatory

Eligibility:

Fresher or up to 6 months of design experience (internship/freelance/personal projects) Bachelor's degree or diploma in design, arts, media, or any relevant field is preferred
