Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including digital, print, social media, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing designs for web, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and print materials. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. Edit and enhance images using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Prepare design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and high quality. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Knowledge of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Strong communication and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.

Preferred Skills:

Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Familiarity with web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
