Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer who can craft eye-catching designs that resonate with audiences. You'll be responsible for creating engaging visuals, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality designs that excite and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan concepts by researching relevant materials and information.

Illustrate concepts with examples, considering art arrangement, size, type size, and style for approval.

Prepare final artwork using the required software and equipment.

Collaborate with the team to meet project requirements.

Communicate with clients regarding layout and design feedback.

Design a variety of graphics: banners, logos, icons, website templates, etc. using tools like Photoshop and Figma.

Review final layouts, suggesting improvements where needed.

Ensure graphics display correctly across different media formats.

Generate ideas for visuals based on client instructions.

Create initial design drafts and present them for review.

Design engaging social media posts and videos.

Requirements:

2-2.5 years of experience in graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.

Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Figma).

Excellent eye for visual composition and detail.

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to accept and provide constructive criticism.

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, packaging, advertising, and multimedia design.

Experience with computer-aided design (CAD).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
