Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging layouts, brochures, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, and other marketing materials. Create vector-based designs using

CorelDRAW

with a focus on real estate-specific layouts and branding. Perform image editing, retouching, and photo manipulation using

Adobe Photoshop

. Use

Canva

for quick-turnaround template-based design and video editing tasks. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Graduation, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate sector.

Technical Skills:

CorelDRAW:

Advanced vector design & layout skills

Adobe Photoshop:

Proficient in image editing and photo manipulation

Canva:

Experience in quick, template-based design and basic video editing

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print media is

mandatory

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience working in the

real estate

industry or related field. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
