Develop skills and build on existing experience, especially with regards to digital design.
Develop creative materials and ensure that all in-house creative and external creatives are on-target and consistent with the defined brand strategies.
Create print-ready artwork for use in press media.
Create social media content as per the company's brand guidelines.
Contribute to website content.
Amend designs according to the client's final requirements.
Approve color proofs and guide design operations before the first run of print production for accuracy.
Ensure print media has been safely delivered to the event venue and the respective Event representative.
Organize, manage and file all digital inventory: renderings, floorplans, event space specs, and drawings.
Create 2D design templates to make the design process efficient.
Planning
Attend regularly scheduled office meetings.
Cross-check if print media has been printed accurately and labeled.
Communication
Contribute to the team with ideas & suggestions that helps in achieving the desired goal.
Consult before making any changes or alterations to event designs and artworks.
In the case of reprinting, the artwork is updated and the Event team is informed.
Follow up with the design vendors to make sure design deliverables are on time.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other graphic design software.
Strong understanding of layouts, colors, and typography.
Experience in designing for events, exhibitions, and live shows is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Attention to detail and creativity.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
