Key Responsibilities:
Convey concepts through quick sketches and CAD visualizations.
Utilize retail environment awareness and follow specifications and guidelines.
Design and manage production of printed packaging.
Deliver placement prints and submit finished artwork.
Handle yardage and pattern repeats.
Conduct research and develop new concepts or adapt existing designs.
Execute brand-compliant packaging graphics, ensuring foreign language translations and adding bar codes.
Pre-flight formatting and quality control checks.
Create mock-ups for final presentations.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience
Key Skills:
Extensive knowledge of Mac and Adobe Creative Suite (
Illustrator, Photoshop
, InDesign, Acrobat).
Strong understanding of pre-flight artwork development and printing techniques.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to deliver high-quality designs with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Experience in packaging design, ensuring brand compliance.
Adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask efficiently across projects.
