Job Title - Graphic Designer

Experience - 3-5 years

Location - Bhubaneshwar

Key Responsibilities-

1. Conceptualize and develop innovative and creative designs that meet client objectives and agency standards.

2. Designing of a logos, icons, graphics, brochures, posters, print ads, collaterals, social media designs, website designs etc.

3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams. Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and other designers to ensure cohesive and effective designs.

4. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends to inspire fresh ideas.

5. Confidently present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, and be open to feedback and revisions.

6. Review, revise, and refine designs to ensure they meet agency standards and client expectations.

7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work.

Desired Candidate Skill Set:

Candidate should have good command over Photoshop/ Coral draw/ In Design/ Illustrator.

Excellent visualization skills.

Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about design and creative expression.

Strong attention to details.

Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt to changing project requirements.
