Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphics Designer

to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, the ability to translate ideas into engaging designs, and a passion for branding and storytelling across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality creatives for digital and print media including social media posts, brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, etc. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring visual concepts to life. Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual identity across all materials. Interpret design briefs and convert them into visually appealing outputs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. Assist in creating video and animation content (if applicable). Prepare final artwork for web and print production.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 0-2 years of relevant design experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and original design work. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Good communication skills and the ability to manage time and deadlines effectively. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
