The candidate needs to be experienced and talented enough to work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. Primary Responsibilities Plan concepts by studying relevant information - design briefs and determine requirements. Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials . Developing and/or illustrating concepts/designs manually or using software, using appropriate colours, layouts, formats, designs, etc. and implementing social media strategies for the Websites. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity. Facilitate the client\'s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products. Test, amend and finalize design graphics and layouts across various media. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Key Skills Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, Quartz) Should have working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript. Should have knowledge of WordPress and content management systems. Excellent verbal and written Communication and Social skills.
