We\'re looking for a talented Female graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project. Objectives of this role Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Design and produce a wide range of materials including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design solutions that meet marketing strategies and business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with external printers or contractors to ensure quality print outputs and timely delivery. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of design outputs. \xc2\xb7 Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with different teams to meet deadlines. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print media. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). \xc2\xb7 Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. \xc2\xb7 Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. \xc2\xb7 Up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales. \xc2\xb7 Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of printing processes and preparing artwork for print is a plus. Required skills and qualifications. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills \xc2\xb7 Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Coral, Auto-cad \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Desire to continue building skill set with education and training. Preferred skills and qualifications \xc2\xb7 Five or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in Design(Must), graphic design, art, or related discipline \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and good experience in handling client interaction.
