Your Role LogScrap is looking for Graphic Designers who ll be responsible for developing various types of creative content for advertisements, brochures, or magazines. They have to do with multiple tools depending on the medium and goals of the final project. The designers shall be responsible for Character Animation using photoshop wherein they will be creating 2000- 3000 characters for the online board game web application. What will your day look like: Conceptualize, design, and produce 2D and 3D animations for a variety of projects, including gaming animation, product demos, explainer videos, etc. Create character animation, motion graphics, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and engage viewers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure animation aligns with project objectives and timelines. Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for gaming banners and game visualizations. Maintain a consistent brand identity and design guidelines across all creative materials. Transform complex ideas and messages into clear and compelling visual narratives. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all animations and graphics produced. Conduct reviews and revisions based on feedback from team members and stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with team members and project leads. What LogScrap is looking for: Basic Requirements Minimum Experience: 2+ years Minimum qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or a related field. Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email. Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc. Technical Skills Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro) Experience creating dynamic detailed characters . Conceptualize, design and produce 2D 3D animations for projects, such as game animation, product demo, explainer videos, etc Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals Compelling portfolio of graphic design work. Soft Skills A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic. Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Team player. Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies. Urge to stay updated with the latest trends and practices is highly preferred. Complex Problem Solving by Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the visual impact of our content. Additional Skills Should be able to perform in a fast-paced environment while being calm and able to handle complex situations with ease.
