Create visual designs

for digital and print media such as social media posts, websites, brochures, banners, and ads.

Work closely with marketing and content teams

to develop engaging visuals aligned with brand identity.

Edit and retouch images

, ensuring high quality and consistency in design.

Prepare design drafts and present ideas

for approval before finalizing projects.

Update existing designs

based on client or team feedback.

Maintain brand consistency

across all marketing materials and campaigns.

Collaborate with developers

for website or app design elements (if required).

Meet tight deadlines

and manage multiple design projects during night hours.

Ensure all design files

are properly organized and ready for production or publishing.

Stay updated

with current design trends, software updates, and tools.

Required Skills

Proficiency in design software

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Canva, Figma (as needed).

Strong creativity and visual sense

with attention to detail.

Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Time management skills

to handle multiple projects efficiently during night shifts.

Ability to take feedback positively

and make quick revisions.

Basic understanding of digital marketing visuals

(social media, ads, banners, thumbnails, etc.).

Good communication skills

to coordinate with day-shift teams or overseas clients.

Understanding of design for web and print formats.

Self-motivation

and ability to work independently in minimal supervision.
