The Graphic Designer will require to design and develop materials to support business development and luxury property marketing initiatives. It is a great opportunity work with a global luxury heritage brand such as Sotheby\xe2\x80\x99s. Role Description Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogue & booklets, banners, posters & billboard. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications. Design & managing all in-house Magazines & Newspaper ads. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboard, posters, and other graphics. Video Editing, creating brand videos and corporate presentations. Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the company. Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. Education and Qualification Requirements Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline. 0-3 years of experience in the same profile. Competencies Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Computer fluency in Mac and PC. Typography knowledge. Strong eye for visual composition. Understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Exceptional creativity and innovation. Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent judgment.
