Key Responsibilities:

Lead Design Projects:

Manage the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects align with brand guidelines and objectives.

Brand Consistency:

Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all mediums.

Creative Direction:

Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality work.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and develop effective visual solutions.

Visual Design:

Create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, social media, packaging, and print.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest design trends, software, and technologies.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Mentorship:

Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Strategic Input:

Contribute to strategic discussions, offering creative insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience:

Strong Design Skills:

Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and other visual design principles.

Proficiency in Design Software:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience in Various Media:

Familiarity with digital and print design, including web, social media, and packaging.

Leadership and Communication:

Ability to lead and manage a team, as well as effectively communicate design ideas and feedback.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and solve design challenges, ensuring projects meet objectives.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
