Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media including social media graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain design templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Edit and retouch images for campaigns and product showcases.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and technical proficiency.
