Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling graphics that align with our brand and product offerings. Your creativity and technical expertise will be instrumental in conveying our brand message across various platforms and mediums.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill) for creating and editing high-quality visual content.
• Strong skills in Digital Illustration (Mandatory skill) with an ability to produce original artworks for diverse projects.
• Experience working with Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory skill) for designing vector graphics and illustrations.
• Solid understanding of color theory to ensure vibrant and cohesive design elements that enhance our brand identity.
• Ability to craft compelling visual stories that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work, ensuring seamless design transitions and project coherence.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to maintain consistency and quality across all visual assets.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interpret and integrate feedback into design projects and workflows.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop engaging graphics for web, print, and social media platforms.
• Create and maintain visually appealing templates that align with our brand guidelines and can be used company-wide.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts and solutions for various projects.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of website graphics and UI elements to improve user experience and engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends to stay current and incorporate new design techniques into your work.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual content.
• Provide creative input during campaign planning and contribute to the overall visual strategy of the organization.
