We at D\'Genius Solutions are looking for a Graphics Designer who is creatively able to think out of the box and loves experimenting with new creative ideas.He/She should be mature enough to manage the task without much guidance and deliver on time. This role requires strong creative skills, a deep understanding of current design trends, and the ability to translate marketing needs into impactful designs. • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, including display advertisements, social media graphics, email designs, and more.
• Translate branding and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and engaging.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their branding needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Review and amend designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas and designs to team brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for online platforms and meet technical requirements.
• Work closely with web designers to ensure cohesive visuals across websites and other digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and web specifications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design work.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software is a plus
