Company background: Indus Treasures is an online Ethnic Wear Shop that is focused on building a brand offering \'The Ultimate Made-to-Measure Experience\' under the brand name MAISOLOS. The objective is to create a highly creative design team helping women develop their outfits. The experience for the customer must be curated to give a feel of customization. Objective: The Print and Graphics Designer will play a pivotal role in translating creative concepts into visually compelling materials. They will work closely with the design team to interpret detailed briefs and ensure that the brand\'s visual identity is consistently represented across various marketing channels. The designer will also stay abreast of industry trends to infuse fresh and innovative design elements into our materials, maintaining the brand\'s competitive edge. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the design team to interpret and implement detailed design briefs, ensuring alignment with the brand\'s vision and messaging. Generate captivating and on-brand visual materials for various marketing collaterals, including print ads, banners, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials. Ensure all design work is delivered within established timelines and upholds the highest quality standards. Oversee the printing process in coordination with production teams and vendors, ensuring final products meet design specifications. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience in print and graphic design, preferably within the fashion industry. Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey creative concepts. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
