Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that communicate our brand and message across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in design software, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project objectives and deadlines. Experience: 2 to 3 Yrs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website banners

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with project objectives and messaging

• Ensure designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and align with our style guide and visual identity

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards

• Keep up-to-date with design trends and technology advancements to ensure design solutions are innovative and relevant

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or related field

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role

• Expert knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for design and creativity
