About the Role: Managing the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, graphic designers, videographers, and developing a strategy that encompasses & aligns with the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity. Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Effectively study design briefs and determine requirements from the stakeholders
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the stakeholders
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using different software
\xe2\x97\x8f Use the appropriate colors and layouts as per brand guidelines for each graphic
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with copywriters and creative to produce the final design
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for testing graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Required Skills:
\xe2\x97\x8f A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among stakeholders
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiar with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
\xe2\x97\x8f A keen eye for aesthetics and details
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment. Qualification and Experience:
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s degree in design, Fine Arts, or certified course in designing with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in graphic designing. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9250,000.00 - 9330,000.00 per year Benefits:
