You should apply to this position if you are ready to dig in and be a consequential part of a critical initiative. The Graphic Designer reports to the Digital Learning Lead, also based in India. As the ELD Graphic Designer, you will work with the various business groups within Interactive Brokers (IBKR), to create high-quality media for the development of eLearning packages. You will create media in the form of graphics and videos to meet the learning needs. In addition, you will provide support to the development team and instructional design team for content creation as needed. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
• Creation of custom videos to enhance quality of trainings based on training needs
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
• Build graphics for eLearning and instructor-led courses within the LMS.
• Work with ELD Manager to design and execute interactive courses, including self-led and instructor-led programs, e-learning, blended learning, multimedia content, compliance training, and onboarding to meet the needs of department leaders and key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro).
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for eLearning courses and instructor-led courses and creating and editing of custom videos.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic designing, art, or similar discipline.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript is a plus.
• 3+ years' experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
