Job Description

Akalp Techno Media Solutions is a digital marketing firm seeking a

creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer

to create visually engaging designs for digital platforms. The role requires both creative thinking and hands-on experience with modern design tools, including AI-based platforms.

Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media, digital ads, banners, posters, and branding materials Create visuals for performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print designs Collaborate with content, marketing, and performance teams Edit, enhance, and optimize images and graphics Meet project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW

Working knowledge of

AI design tools

(such as generative design, background removal, image enhancement, prompt-based tools, etc.) Understanding of digital marketing and social media creative formats Strong creativity, layout sense, color theory, and typography skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
