Step Up Academy is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent creative skills, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, social media graphics, and website assets. Create visually appealing and cohesive designs that effectively communicate key messages and reflect the Step Up Academy brand. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, typography, and visual communication. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of final deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design expertise, and address feedback and revisions. Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote Step Up Academy programs and events. Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an educational or creative agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital projects. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas while also adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and/or web design is a plus.
