We are looking for a talented and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have strong creative abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to convert ideas into visually appealing designs aligned with brand standards. Candidates with prior experience in corporate branding or marketing design will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital and print assets, including social media posts, websites, brochures, banners, and email templates.
Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Create and revise visual assets for presentations, advertisements, and campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to design concepts.
Work closely with the team to ensure that designs align with brand vision and marketing objectives.
Prepare design files for production, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A portfolio showcasing your design work (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
