What You'll Do

As a Senior Designer, you'll work alongside our talented creative teams to develop impactful, beautifully crafted branding and marketing materials across a wide range of mediums:

Branding & Identity - Develop impactful brand identities, guidelines, and graphic systems that engage audiences.

Campaign & Marketing Collateral - Create visually compelling materials for print and digital, including websites, ads, brochures, presentations, merchandise, and environmental graphics.

Digital & Interactive Media - Design engaging social media assets, interactive presentations, digital ads, and web experiences.

Photography, Animation & Video Production - Enhance brand storytelling with high-quality imagery, videos, animations, and photo retouching.

Innovation & Growth - Stay ahead of industry trends, familiar with new AI tools, and emerging technologies in design, branding, and marketing.

Event Branding - Develop unique brand identities and visuals for events, incorporating event display technologies and display media to ensure consistency and impact.

UI & UX - Design seamless, user-friendly digital experiences across web, apps, and other display media to optimize engagement and usability.

Creative direction & brainstorming - Understand the brief and work towards scouting creative inspirations and designs to meet the desired output, debrief teams about the same, and offer direction to colleagues to enhance overall quality output.

Who You Are

We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative designer who:

Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field or equivalent experience..

Exceptional design skills with a world-class portfolio showcasing standout work.

5+ years of experience in a digital creative agency or client-side environment (B2B or tech experience is a plus).

Strong branding and graphic design skills with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing assets.

Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects collaboratively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to leadership.

Skilled in animation and micro-interactions, enhancing user experience through motion design. Proficiency in After Effects and Lottie is highly advantageous.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience collaborating with UX designers, copywriters, and developers.

Familiarity with print design and production processes.

Experience with Webflow and motion design tools (e.g., Lottie) is a plus.

Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is an advantage.

Consult with technical teams to ensure designs align with technical limitations and files include necessary details to support design intent.

Create well-designed presentation decks that enhance and showcase creative work effectively.

Able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English

You have no prior experience in dealing with client briefs, team handling, or design projects involving branding, social media campaigns, website campaigns, or event activations

You are looking to take up other design roles as this job required dedication to the projects at hand
