Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
Design social media creative, banners, posters, info graphics, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver visually appealing outputs.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain visual harmony across all platforms.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop
and
Adobe Illustrator
.
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to feedback.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
A portfolio showcasing previous design work (academic, freelance, or internship projects are acceptable).
Good to Have (Optional):
Knowledge of other design tools such as Adobe In Design, After Effects, Canva.
Understanding of social media marketing trends.
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
