Key Responsibilities:
Design & Creative Execution:
Develop and create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, product illustrations, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency in designs and align with brand guidelines.
Create graphics for digital and print media, including banners, brochures, logos, social media posts, and advertisements.
Tool Proficiency & Innovation:
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Figma, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, continuously bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other design elements to ensure visual appeal and brand alignment.
Project Management & Quality Control:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Review and refine designs based on feedback, making adjustments to meet project requirements.
Organize and maintain a library of design assets for easy access and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
2+ years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proven expertise in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, and other design software.
Skills:
Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective designs.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
