Job Title: Graphic Designer (Minimalist Design Specialist) - 3+ Years Experience

About the Role

Bannstudio is seeking a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who specializes in minimalist design and understands the impact of clean, modern visuals. You will design engaging content such as social media creatives, web banners, thumbnails, and brand assets that maintain a sleek and consistent aesthetic.

This is a cross-functional role working closely with our leadership and strategy teams to transform ideas into visuals that elevate both our brand and our clients' presence.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-conversion thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms. Create static and animated social media creatives with a minimalist look and feel. Design website banners and promotional graphics in alignment with brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with leadership to understand creative briefs and deliver impactful visuals. Ensure consistency across all platforms while experimenting with fresh, clean design ideas. Stay up to date with trends in minimalism, layout, color theory, and typography. Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines. Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or other relevant software.
Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design across various formats (social media, web, thumbnails). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma or Canva is a plus. Deep understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and maintaining brand consistency. Ability to take feedback constructively and implement changes quickly. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Bonus: Experience with motion design (After Effects or similar tools).
