Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a 1-5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, a good understanding of printing and packaging processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with cross?functional teams like Content, Projects, Operations, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

o Conceptualize and create designs for labels, packaging, banners, and social media campaigns.

o Ensure designs align with the brand's identity and overall objectives.

Print-Ready Preparation:

o Develop high-quality, print-ready files for labels, packaging, and other materials.

o Verify all files meet printing standards and ensure precision in design specifications.

Vendor Coordination:

o Work closely with print and production vendors to oversee the production process and ensure

quality outputs.

o Troubleshoot any issues related to print or packaging quality.

Collaboration with Teams:

o Partner with Content, Projects, Operations, and Sales teams to gather requirements and deliver

designs tailored to their needs.

o Provide creative support to various departments as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Proficiency:

o Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

o Familiarity with design tools and software for creating innovative and professional outputs.

Design & Process Expertise:

o In-depth understanding of printing, packaging, and design processes.

o Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and production-friendly.

Portfolio:
o A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in branding, packaging, and digital design.
