Key Responsibilities

As a

Graphic Designer / Motion Designer

, your role will be to craft engaging and visually impactful content for a variety of digital platforms. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to elevate our clients' brands through outstanding design and motion work.

Design high-quality graphics, motion videos, social media creatives, digital ads, and web banners. Develop animated content for promotional videos, explainer animations, short-form video, and digital advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing, strategy, and content teams to create visuals aligned with campaign objectives. Use AI-based tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Runway ML, D-ID) to enhance creative efficiency and innovation. Maintain consistent branding while experimenting with new visual styles and formats. Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and creative tools. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Contribute original ideas and participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
Requirements

Experience:

4-5 years in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.

Software Expertise:

Essential:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign

Preferred:

Adobe XD, Figma, Canva, Blender

AI Skills:

Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI-based design tools and platforms.

Portfolio:

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and motion design projects.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, creativity, time management, and team collaboration abilities.
