Dr. Manik Memorial College, Dharmkot, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our in-house media and communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling graphics for both digital and print platforms.

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: On-site - Dharmkot, Punjab
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 years preferred (talented freshers may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Design digital content for social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Create visually appealing graphics for college promotions, events, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications Assist in developing branding materials, brochures, posters, and banners Collaborate with the content, photography, and video teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, student engagement, and outreach activities Ensure all designs align with the college's brand guidelines and academic values
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus) or equivalent design tools Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a range of design styles Good understanding of social media design trends, layouts, and user engagement principles Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred)
