Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design event-related creatives including event posters, invitations, backdrops, standees, event branding materials, and stage designs. Create animated and static digital assets for social media campaigns, emailers, websites, and event screens. Develop short animations, motion graphics, and animated reels/videos for event promotions and on-ground displays. Assist in conceptualizing event themes, visual identities, animation styles, and brand guidelines for projects. Create layouts, illustrations, graphic elements, and animated visuals as per event requirements. Ensure all designs and animations align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Work closely with the event, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver creatives (static & animated) on time. Adapt, revise, and optimize designs and animations based on client feedback. Maintain an organized library of design and animation assets.
Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, with After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for animation and motion graphics. Basic understanding of motion design principles, transitions, and timing. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. Fresher or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in the event management, creative, or media industry. A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and basic animation/motion work (academic projects, internships, or freelance work accepted).
