(Junior/Senior) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a good understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging designs for social media posts, banners, ads, presentations, and other digital creatives.
Create branding materials including logos, brochures, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
Understand project requirements and translate briefs into visually appealing concepts.
Ensure consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines.
Work closely with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to deliver timely and effective creatives.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
(For Senior Role):
Lead creative directions and provide guidance to junior designers.
(For Senior Role):
Review and ensure quality control of all creative outputs.
(For Senior Role):
Manage multiple projects and interact with clients for design presentations (if required).
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools like Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW etc.
Strong sense of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout.
Creativity, originality, and the ability to think out-of-the-box.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
(For Senior Role):
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to lead creative solutions.
(For Senior Role):
Experience in mentoring juniors and handling end-to-end design projects.
Experience Required
Junior Graphic Designer:
0.6 - 2 years
Senior Graphic Designer:
3 - 4 years
Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications/courses will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
