Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to our brand, design impactful visuals, and support marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.
This role requires strong aesthetic judgment, creative thinking, and the ability to ideate independently - not just execute briefs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design
and develop creative assets for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and hospital campaigns.
Collaborate
with the marketing and communications team to
maintain brand consistency
.
Create engaging layouts and graphics that resonate with diverse audiences.
Contribute to creative ideation and brainstorming
, bringing fresh visual concepts for hospital campaigns and brand communication.
Think beyond the brief -
proactively suggest design improvements, formats, and visual storytelling ideas to enhance campaign impact.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and
deliver within deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). OR highly experienced in Canva (including video) with basic knowledge of Adobe tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility.
Strong aesthetic sense, typography, layout, and colour understanding with a proven ability to conceptualise and not just execute.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
