Role Overview -
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life across digital and offline touchpoints. You'll work closely with creative leads, marketing teams, and product specialists to craft visuals that are not just beautiful -- but impactful, authentic, and conversion-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality visual assets for campaigns, social media, performance ads, website, and packaging Translate clinical benefits into emotionally compelling visuals (especially before/after transformation imagery) Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and motion designers to build cohesive brand stories Iterate rapidly based on feedback from creative leadership and performance data Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs while pushing creative boundaries Prepare production-ready files for print and digital deployment
Requirements

2-4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand-side) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, digital ads, and transformation narratives Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Eye for detail, color, typography, and layout Experience with photo retouching, especially facial and dental imagery, is a strong advantage Bonus Points Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare brands Familiarity with performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, YouTube) Motion design or video editing skills
