Our goal is to make nutritious food exciting, accessible, and visually premium. As we scale across digital platforms and marketplaces, we are building a strong in-house creative team to support long-term brand growth.

Role Overview
This is a full-time, hands-on creative role responsible for designing everything from daily social media content to high-impact campaign creatives. You will work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver visuals that strengthen brand identity and increase sales.
Core Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Ad Creatives
Design high-converting creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp
Create multiple ad variations for testing, retargeting, and scaling
Design festival and campaign creatives (Diwali, Sankranti, Republic Day, etc.)
Build offer-driven, urgency-based, and CTA-focused designs
2. E-commerce & Website Design
Design Shopify homepage banners and sale sections
Create product images, feature highlights, and comparison charts
Optimize all designs for mobile and desktop
3. Social Media & Brand Content
Create Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, and carousel designs
Design educational, lifestyle, and brand storytelling content
Maintain a consistent, premium visual identity
4. Product & Packaging Design
Design packaging layouts, labels, and stickers
Create print-ready artwork for pouches, boxes, and inserts
Ensure all files meet print quality and brand standards
5. Creative Planning & Collaboration
Work with marketing teams on campaign objectives
Suggest creative ideas to improve performance
Participate in weekly design and content planning

Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital advertising agency
Bachelor's degree in any related field (Design, Marketing, Media, Fine Arts, or similar)
