Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands visual storytelling, branding, and digital performance. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business goals into visually compelling designs for social media, ads, websites, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn & Reels thumbnails

Create branding assets (logos, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, pitch decks)

Design ad creatives optimized for performance (CTR, conversions, engagement)

Work closely with social media managers, ad managers & content writers

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and clients

Adapt designs based on campaign performance & feedback

Edit and optimize designs for different formats (1080x1080, 1080x1350, 9:16, etc.)

Basic motion design / reel cover design (added advantage)

Handle multiple brands and tight deadlines professionally

Required Skills & ToolsMust-Have:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory)

Strong understanding of color theory, typography & layout

Experience designing for digital marketing & social media

Ability to convert concept ? final creative independently

Good sense of branding and aesthetics

Understanding of Indian market trends & social media culture

Good to Have (Bonus):

Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (basic motion)

UI design basics (Figma)

Knowledge of Meta Ads creative guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
