We're looking for a talented 3D Graphic Designer who can turn concepts into high-end, production-ready visuals. As a 3D Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics, renders, and models for Trophies, Medals, & Awards.

At Talisman Awards, we don't design for screens. We design objects that sit on desks, stages, and in history. If you're a 3D designer who wants to see your work go from idea ? metal ? moment, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

Design trophy / memento concepts + presentation renders. Create 3D models for prototyping & manufacturing. Translating ideas into physical, manufacturable designs. Build client-ready mockups, pitch decks & product visuals. Collaborating with CS Team, production team, and Clients for real-world feasibility. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

4-5 years of experience in 3D graphic design.

Proficiency in 3D-modeling software and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design skills.
