Role Description
As a
Graphic Designer
at JoinWith, you will play a key role in shaping the company's visual identity across digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to design visually compelling creatives that communicate brand value and drive engagement.
Design creative assets for
social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
Develop brand-aligned visuals including banners, posters, ads, presentations, and infographics
Create and edit designs using
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals
Ensure consistency in branding, color schemes, typography, and design standards
Revise and improve designs based on feedback and project requirements
Stay updated with current design trends and digital best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
(preferred)
Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of
design principles, typography, and color theory
Experience in designing for
digital and social media platforms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication and collaboration skills
Prior experience in digital agencies or IT companies is an advantage
Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
