Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights, trends, and audience behavior.
Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and HR teams to translate business objectives into effective communication.
Review, guide, and mentor junior designers or media team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate with employees and teams for video shoots, campaigns, and creative projects.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to drive innovation.
Support internal branding initiatives including employee communications, events, and corporate presentations.
