Job Description

Baby Moo is looking for a creative, detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our growing in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who understands

digital-first and e-commerce design

, with hands-on experience in creating and managing product visuals for online platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually engaging creatives that connect with parents and to-be parents across social media, website, ads, and marketplaces.

Experience in

e-commerce image editing, product creatives, file naming, and platform-specific requirements

will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for

Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, and ads

Create

website banners, product images, thumbnails, and promotional assets

Edit, resize, rename, and optimize

product images for e-commerce platforms

Design creatives for

sales, launches, festivals, and awareness campaigns

Maintain

brand consistency

across all digital platforms Adapt designs for multiple formats (Instagram, Website, Ads, WhatsApp, E-commerce listings) Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to understand briefs and timelines Implement quick revisions based on feedback Stay updated with

design trends, social media formats, and e-commerce visual standards

Required Skills

Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

(Figma is a plus) Strong understanding of

typography, color theory, and layouts

Experience designing for

social media and e-commerce platforms

Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality Attention to detail, especially in

product image editing and consistency

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or reels is a plus (not mandatory) Good communication and time-management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)

1-3 years of relevant experience

(E-commerce / D2C experience is a strong bonus) A

strong portfolio
