Key Responsibilities Design & Creative
Create engaging designs for
social media posts, ads, banners, posters, and marketing creatives
.
Design
product-related creatives
including catalogues, brochures, spec sheets, and packaging elements.
Develop visuals for
website, e-commerce platforms, and promotional campaigns
.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
Digital & Marketing Support
Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign creatives.
Design creatives for
festive sales, product launches, and promotions
.
Edit and resize creatives for multiple platforms (Instagram, website, ads, etc.).
Coordination & Execution
Work closely with internal teams to understand design requirements and timelines.
Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with printers/vendors for final artwork when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as a
Graphic Designer
(agency or brand side).
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
(After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of
color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
.
Basic knowledge of
social media and digital design formats
.
Ability to take feedback positively and implement changes efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
sports, outdoor, automotive, or motorcycle gear brands
is a plus.
Basic video editing / motion graphics knowledge is an advantage.
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
