Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:



Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing campaigns, digital media, print ads, social media, and branding materials.

Collaborate with the marketing, copywriting, and production teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all communication platforms.

Design engaging visuals for websites, social media posts, emailers, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Work on brand identity design--logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand's visual language fresh and relevant.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production when required.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in a creative or design role (agency or in-house).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.

Ability to take feedback positively and improve designs accordingly.

Creative thinking, time management, and communication skills are a must.

Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design will be an added advantage.
