Graphic Designer Profile - Hybrid (3 days WFO - 2 days WFH)
CTC - Upto 7 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
-Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral
-Work on layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines
-Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
-Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms efficiently
-Explore and integrate AI design tools to enhance creativity, speed, and output quality
-Stay updated with design trends, formats, and new tools in the creative ecosystem
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
-Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color, and composition
-Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-based design tools (e.g., generative design, image enhancement, automation tools)
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
-Good communication skills and openness to feedback
-2-4 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital agency or creative environment.
