As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for creating impactful designs and engaging video content that communicates our message effectively across digital platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity and technical skills--someone who can think conceptually, execute with precision, and bring ideas to life through both design and motion.

Position Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. The role involves producing visually compelling designs and engaging video content that strengthen brand identity and connect with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in both static design and motion graphics.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years

of professional experience in graphic design and video editing. Strong portfolio demonstrating social media layouts, video graphics, typography, and illustrations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Key Responsibilities

Design graphics for infographics, brochures, social media creatives, and branding materials. Edit and produce engaging videos including reels, ads, explainers, and event highlights Develop motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on-brand creative assets. Optimize graphics and video content for digital and social media platforms. Stay updated with the latest design and video trends and adopt new tools (including AI).
Requirements & Skills

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Expertise in video editing techniques such as pacing, sound syncing, color correction, and motion graphics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
