Position Overview
We are seeking a
Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience
, preferably with strong exposure in
website design, digital creatives, and branding
. The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing graphics and layouts.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams, while working on exciting client and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality
website layouts, landing pages, and digital design assets
.
Design graphics for
web experiences
, including icons, illustrations, banners, and UI elements.
Work collaboratively with UI/UX and development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Develop engaging creatives for
social media, branding, and marketing collaterals
.
Prepare visual concepts, mood boards, and design explorations based on briefs.
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of proven experience as a
Graphic or Digital Designer
.
Strong portfolio showcasing
website designs, digital graphics, and branding projects
.
Proficiency in design tools such as:
Figma
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
(Bonus) Adobe XD, After Effects
Strong understanding of web layout principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of
UI/UX principles

Experience with
illustration
, iconography, or motion graphics.
Familiarity with
Webflow or other website builders
