Job Description

1. Website Graphics & Banners

Design engaging banners, sliders, and landing page graphics that align with our brand identity and elevate the experience.

2. Social Media Content

Design scroll-stopping creatives, reels covers, carousels, and stories for Bhisajyam's Instagram.

3. Posters, Brochures & Catalogues

Design stunning posters, flyers, brochures, and catalogues for exhibitions and product showcases.

4. Basic Video Editing

Put together short video edits for reels, ads, and product demos using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.

5. Creative Collaboration

Work with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm, plan and execute brand campaigns and visual storytelling.

6. Print & Packaging (If needed)

Assist with packaging label designs and prepare print-ready files as needed.

Who We're Looking For

1. A strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and color theory

2. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (bonus: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

3. Someone who understands how to design for Instagram, websites, and print

4. Comfortable switching between corporate clean and aesthetic/modern design styles

5. Comfortable taking feedback, working under deadlines, and contributing to creative discussions

6. Eager to learn and grow with a diverse, multi-brand team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
