Job Summary

:We are seeking a highly creative and driven

Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, designing graphics, content creation, and storytelling, with proficiency in design tools like Canva.

Responsibilities

:

Create visually appealing graphics, banners, social media creatives, and promotional materials using Canva. Design and execute creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive written content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels. Craft compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with target audiences. Monitor and analyze campaign performance; share insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement both online and offline marketing strategies. Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

:

Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and graphic design. Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design tools, with a strong sense of visual aesthetics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for creative storytelling. Good understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing). Ability to think creatively and propose innovative campaign ideas. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in market research and campaign performance analysis is an advantage.
